1. General

By accessing the Ann Arbor Music Academy (AAMA) website, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, all applicable laws, and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Lesson Bookings and Cancellations

All lesson bookings are to be made through the website's designated booking system. Once a lesson is booked, it can be canceled or rescheduled no later than 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Late cancellations or rescheduling requests may result in forfeiture of the lesson fee.

3. Payment

Payment for lessons must be made in advance through the provided online payment system. All prices listed are for a package of four lessons per month. No refunds will be given for lessons missed by the student.

4. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms & Conditions, explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of AAMA and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any of this content without express written permission from AAMA.

6. Limitation of Liability

AAMA will not be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on AAMA's website.
